CENTRAL FLORIDA LAND & DEMO
Orange County · Central Florida
Apopka grew up as the region's nursery and foliage centre, and its outskirts are still full of old nursery and farm ground - shade houses, irrigation lines, growing beds and rich organic soil that grades differently from native sand. Growth runs northwest along the Kelly Park Road and Errol Estates corridors as that agricultural land turns residential.
Clearing nursery ground is its own job: taking out structures and irrigation, working with soil that holds water and handles differently, and grading to a stable pad. New subdivision phases and commercial parcels make up the rest. We handle land clearing, brush clearing, forestry mulching, brush hogging, grading and commercial site prep across Orange County. Where something has to be torn down before the ground can be worked, our demolition subcontractors take it down and procure the permits for it. We plan equipment and material handling around tight lots and close neighbours.

A lot in an established community. Selective clearing kept significant trees per the deed restrictions, grading in a building area and driveway.
A site in the historic downtown. An old packing house comes down first, through our demolition subcontractors, then clearing the lot for a mixed-use building, managed carefully around neighbouring properties.
Old nursery ground cleared and graded for a homesite. Growing beds and irrigation taken out, the organic soil worked to a stable, level pad.
Yes - the nursery legacy means a lot of properties here carry shade houses, irrigation lines, growing beds and old structures. We clear those out, salvage what can be salvaged and grade the ground for its next use. If the ground is going residential we can flag whether soil testing is worth doing first.
Organic ground holds water and handles differently from native sand, so it takes more care to reach a stable pad - sometimes more fill, sometimes more working time. It is manageable with the right grading plan, and we account for it in the quote.
No two parcels price the same, so each job is quoted on its own. What changes the number here: the size of the area to be cleared, whether it is open pasture or thick nursery and brush, how much old structure and irrigation has to come out, tree size and whether stumps are ground or left, the kind of soil underfoot, how easily equipment reaches the work, and whether material is mulched in place or hauled off. Send the parcel details and we will quote it plainly - the estimate costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Not for the work we do ourselves - land clearing, brush hogging and our other services typically require no permit. Demolition is the one exception: our demolition subcontractors carry that out and procure the permits for it where they are needed. City parcels and unincorporated Orange County parcels go through different offices, so we confirm yours before we start.
Yes - converting nursery, grove and farm ground to residential or commercial use is a large share of the work here. That means removing the trees, structures and irrigation first, then grading to a buildable pad.
