In-Town Lot On The Older Grid
A modest lot with close neighbours and limited access. Equipment sized to the property rather than forced into it, understory out and the kept trees left undamaged.

CENTRAL FLORIDA LAND & DEMO
Lake County · Central Florida
Lady Lake sits on the US-27 and 441 corridor in Lake County, with the Villages corridor running south of it, and the two sides of that line are different kinds of property. Inside the town the lots are older and modest, often with a house that has changed hands after sitting empty, and clearing is a matter of taking out years of growth on a small parcel without disturbing what the neighbours have to look at. Outside the town the parcels open out into rural acreage, and a good share of that is horse and livestock property. The ground is Lake County sand, flat to gently rolling, and it grows back fast: palmetto, scrub oak, dog fennel and young pine move into pasture within a season or two of the last mowing. Oak and pine are the mature trees here, usually around the older houses and along the fence lines, and they are usually the trees owners want kept. So most clearing on these parcels is selective — out with the understory, the dead material and the volunteer growth, and the kept trees left standing. Rural acreage here usually needs more than a haircut. Fence lines have grown shut, lanes and gate positions have disappeared, and pasture has gone to brush. Opening a property back up — fence lines, lanes, a usable paddock, access to the barn — is the work, and on horse ground the answer is often mulching in place rather than hauling, leaving a surface that can be ridden and mown rather than a bare scrape. Where a property fronts one of the lakes or ponds on this side of the county, clearing bank growth back from the water and opening up the frontage is work we do. Work inside a regulated protection area, and the environmental permitting around one, is not something we take on. Access matters on the larger parcels: long drives, gates, and equipment that has to be sized to whatever the driveway will take. On a subdivision lot it is the opposite — small machines, close boundaries and a neighbour-conscious approach.
We handle in-town lots, rural acreage, horse and livestock property and lake frontage — clearing, mulching, fence lines and paddock work.

A modest lot with close neighbours and limited access. Equipment sized to the property rather than forced into it, understory out and the kept trees left undamaged.
Paddocks taken back from brush, fence lines and lanes reopened and a pad graded for a barn or an outbuilding, with the material mulched into a surface that can be ridden and mown.
Larger ground on the corridor where the fence lines and the lane to the back have grown shut together. Perimeter reopened to full width, lanes cut back to grade and pasture brought back into use.
Frontage on one of the lakes on this side of the county. Bank growth cut back from the water and access cleared along the shore, with the kept trees left standing.
It comes down to the property: how much ground is being cleared, how thick and what kind of growth is on it, whether machinery can get to the work area and along the drive, how much material has to leave the site, and whether lane, fence or grading work is involved. Tell us about your property and we'll come back with a real number — no obligation.
For most land clearing, brush hogging and mulching, no permit is typically required. Inside the town limits there can be additional local requirements, and demolition is different: that work is carried out by our demolition subcontractors, and permits are procured when needed. We're insured.
Yes. Fence lines, lanes, paddocks and overgrown pasture are the usual work on rural Lady Lake ground. Where the ground is going back into grazing or riding, mulching in place usually leaves the better surface — and the material stays on your land.
Yes, and on these parcels that is most of the job. The oaks and pines around older homes and along fence lines are usually worth keeping, so clearing takes the understory, the dead material and the volunteer growth and leaves the kept trees standing and undamaged.
Yes — bank growth cut back from the water and frontage opened up is work we do. Work inside a regulated protection area, and the permitting around one, is not something we take on, and we will say so before starting rather than after.
Yes, with a 24/7 line for storm work. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 to 5; the storm line is separate and staffed around the clock when a storm has come through.
