Tavares is the Lake County seat, and it holds two very different kinds of property inside one city. There are older in-town parcels that have grown up over the years, brush nobody got back to, and then there are larger parcels on the edges of town that need real acreage work. It also sits at the head of the Harris Chain of Lakes - Lake Dora runs along the town and a network of canals threads through it - so waterfront and canal-front lots are a normal part of the mix. Being able to handle all of it is what a Tavares job asks for, and it is why forestry mulching is usually where we start the conversation here.
In town, that means tighter gates and driveways, neighbours close on both sides, and a small footprint to work in and leave clean, so debris handling and timing matter as much as the cutting itself. On the edge of the city it flips: long frontages, longer runs to the back of a parcel, and room to work at full size. Central Lake County growth is a mix of hardwood, palmetto and thick underbrush, and lots left unused for a while come back heavier than owners expect. The canal and lake lots are worked selectively, opening a view down the water without cutting into the bank.
Tavares sits on the US-441 corridor between Leesburg and Mount Dora, which keeps the run in and out of the county straightforward, and our work in the area regularly takes us on to Eustis, Mount Dora, Leesburg, Minneola and Clermont. Whether it is an overgrown lot that needs to be usable again or acreage that needs clearing and grading, we handle the cutting, mulching, grading and cleanup.
