A run of homesites cleared to the community standards. Significant oaks kept, review requirements confirmed before work started and each lot graded level for construction.

CENTRAL FLORIDA LAND & DEMO
Orange County · Central Florida
Winter Garden has become one of the most sought-after addresses west of Orlando, and growth runs out along the SR 429 and Avalon Road corridors over land that used to be grove and farmland. Johns Lake lies on the city's south-west side and Lake Apopka on the north, so lake lots turn up in both the older streets and the new phases. The city pairs a restored historic downtown with large master-planned communities and older citrus ground taking its first development.
That gives two very different kinds of job. Downtown and infill work is small, careful and often in the shadow of heritage citrus trees the city protects. The new communities run to phases and commercial pads with association design review, and the lake lots in both are usually about opening a view to the water while the trees along it stay. We clear lots and whole phases, grind or haul material and finish grade to plan, and we know whether a parcel falls under the city or unincorporated Orange County.

A lot two blocks from Plant Street. An old packing house comes down first, through our demolition subcontractors, with heritage citrus trees kept per the city rules and the ground then cleared for a mixed-use building.
A retail site cleared and graded, with a former grove removed and the frontage worked to the city design standards.
A lot near the water on the south-west side of the city. Selective clearing kept the natural character, grading a gentle slope for the building envelope and leaving the trees along the shoreline standing.
Every property is priced on its own, not from a rate. What changes the number here: the acreage, whether the land is open grove or heavy brush, how much tree work is involved and whether stumps are ground or left, any community or city requirements on what stays, how easily equipment reaches the work, whether material is mulched in place or hauled off, and how level the finished grade needs to be. Send the details and we will come back with a straight number - no cost, nothing owed.
Yes. Downtown work is small and careful, and it often has to protect heritage citrus trees the city watches closely. We plan the clearing around those trees and submit the preservation detail when the city asks for it.
Yes - communities like Avalon and Stoneybrook West are familiar ground. We review the association's design standards before starting, clear to them and finish grade so the lot matches what the community expects.
It varies parcel by parcel. Ground inside the city limits falls to the city, and the areas further west are unincorporated Orange County. We confirm which applies to your parcel before work starts, because it changes what gets reviewed.
Yes - a good deal of the new development here sits on former grove. We remove the trees, grind the stumps and pull out old irrigation, then grade the ground for its next use.
Yes - Johns Lake on the south-west side and the smaller lakes through the older streets all carry lake lots. A view line opened, brush and dead wood out and the trees along the water kept is the usual brief, and whichever has a say in what stays, we work to it.
