Village Estate Lot
A small lot under a mature canopy on a street of close neighbours. Selective understory clearing to open the yard, dead and volunteer growth taken out, and the cut material ground in place rather than run out through the street.

CENTRAL FLORIDA LAND & DEMO
Osceola County · Central Florida
Celebration is a master-planned Osceola County community built around a town-wide design code, and that code shapes every clearing job inside its village streets. Lots here are typically small and closely spaced, the streets are built for walking rather than for trucks, and both working hours and equipment access are managed more tightly than in a conventional subdivision.
That means clearing in Celebration is mostly selective work on estate lots, overgrown yards and the occasional infill parcel - opening up undergrowth, taking out dead or storm-damaged material, and reshaping a grade without flattening the character of a street. Our work here is land clearing, brush clearing, forestry mulching, brush hogging and grading. Where a rebuild starts with a teardown, the demolition itself is carried out by our demolition subcontractors, who procure the permits for it. We plan equipment routes around the design review so a job stays tidy on a street of close neighbours.

A small lot under a mature canopy on a street of close neighbours. Selective understory clearing to open the yard, dead and volunteer growth taken out, and the cut material ground in place rather than run out through the street.
A narrow lot reached from a single lane with no room to turn a truck. The building footprint and a short driveway run clearing by machine where it fits and by hand where it does not, with the perimeter plantings kept standing.
Mixed grass, palmetto and scattered oak on ground the town watches closely. Bulk brush clearing and rough grading, with the mature trees marked for retention left in place and the work scheduled around the review.
A residential yard that had grown up over several seasons. Brush hogging and light mulching rather than a full clear, so the owner got a usable yard rather than a bare lot.
The town looks at what stays as much as what comes out, so we plan around retained trees and sight lines before any machine moves. Working hours and equipment access are tighter than in an ordinary subdivision, and many lots are reached from a single lane. We build the schedule around that review so the clearing itself doesn't hold the project up.
Mostly selective work on estate lots and overgrown yards, plus the occasional infill parcel: clearing undergrowth, taking out dead or storm-damaged material and grading to open a yard or a building site without stripping a street bare. Full lot clearing is rare here.
From one overgrown lot up to large acreage and commercial sites. Small jobs are no trouble.
Every property is priced on its own; no two lots are the same job. What changes the number on a Celebration lot: the size of the area to be cleared, how thick the undergrowth is, how many trees are involved and whether stumps are ground or left, how easily equipment can reach the work along a narrow street, and whether material is mulched in place or hauled out. Send us the size of the lot and what you want kept, and we will put a real figure on the job - no obligation.
Yes - though that part of the work is done by our demolition subcontractors rather than our own crews. On a rebuild they take the structure down and the permits for it are procured where they are needed. We then clear the lot and leave a graded surface ready for the next stage.
