CENTRAL FLORIDA LAND & DEMO
Ranch land, flatwoods and the Kissimmee corridor, east of our Polk base.
WHERE WE ARE BASED
Osceola County runs east from our Polk line. We work it as a run rather than from a base of our own over there, and we will tell you plainly if a job does not fit that run.
The county splits in two. In the north, Kissimmee, St. Cloud and Celebration are growing into ground that was flatwoods, palmetto and pasture — infill lots, subdivisions and commercial pads being opened up to build. Poinciana is its own case, a large unincorporated community straddling the Polk line, with vacant residential lots that have sat overgrown for years. South of that it turns to ranch country: big parcels, long fence runs and pasture edges that need holding back.
A quarter-acre lot in Poinciana or a fence line outside Kenansville — start the same way. Tell us what you want the land to do.

ALL SERVICES AVAILABLE IN OSCEOLA COUNTY
The county we work from is Polk, just west of here, and we take work across Lake, Orange and Hillsborough too. Polk and Lake each have their own county page, and every community we cover is listed on our service areas page — so you can find the place nearest you without hunting.
THE HONEST VERSION
We clear, mulch, grade and prepare ground, and that includes the routes that make a property usable — fence lines, lanes and access. Lake, canal and river frontage clearing is part of the work we carry out.
We do not take on work inside a regulated protection area, or the environmental permitting that goes with one. That is a different job with a different approval process, and it is not one we take.
Demolition work is carried out by our demolition subcontractors, and the permits for it are procured when needed.
Acreage, how dense the growth is and what is in it, whether a machine can reach the work, how far material has to be moved, how much needs hauling off, and how much grading follows. Flatwoods palmetto and wet-prairie edge clear differently from open pasture, and an infill lot with no access is its own problem. Each job is quoted on its own, and the estimate is free.
For most land clearing, brush work and grading, no permit is typically needed. Where one is required — demolition work in particular — we handle procuring it.
Yes. Mark what stays and we work around it, clearing selectively instead of taking everything.
Yes — frontage clearing is a service we carry out, and there is a lot of it around Kissimmee and the south county lakes. Work that falls inside a regulated protection area, and the environmental permitting around it, is work we do not take.
Yes. Storm and debris response runs on a 24/7 emergency line, separately from our office hours — call the same number and follow the prompts for emergency work.
Yes — fence lines, pasture and large-parcel clearing included. Distance is real and it counts, so tell us where the property is and what the work involves and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense as a run.
