CENTRAL FLORIDA LAND & DEMO
Our home county — crews and equipment based here, not hauled in.
WHERE WE ARE BASED
Polk County is where we work from, not somewhere we travel to. Our crews and equipment are based here, so a Polk job is a short run rather than a haul from another county.
The work follows the land. Around Lakeland, Polk City and the I-4 corridor that means former grove ground and pasture gone up in palmetto and scrub. South and east, through Bartow, Winter Haven and toward Frostproof, it is phosphate country, ranch land and ridge sand. In between are the overgrown residential lots and acreage owners want opened up before they build.
Whether you have a yard or a hundred acres, the first step is the same: tell us what you want the land to do.

ALL SERVICES AVAILABLE IN POLK COUNTY
We also work across Osceola, Lake, Hillsborough and Orange. Rather than publish a thin page for each, our service areas are listed together on our service areas page, alongside the individual community pages — so you can find the place nearest you without hunting.
THE HONEST VERSION
We clear, mulch, grade and prepare ground. We clear lake, canal and river frontage, which is a real part of this work.
We do not take on work inside a regulated protection area, or the environmental permitting that goes with one — that is a different job with a different approval process, and we would rather say so plainly than quote for something we will not do.
Demolition is carried out by our demolition subcontractors, with permits procured when needed.
Acreage, how dense the vegetation is and what species, whether there is access for equipment, how far material has to be moved, whether there is material to haul off, and how much grading is needed afterwards. Phosphate ground and heavy palmetto clear differently from open pasture. Every job is quoted individually, and the estimate is free.
For most land clearing, no. Where a job does need one — demolition work in particular — we handle procuring it.
Yes. Mark them before we start and we work around them, clearing selectively rather than taking the whole lot.
Yes — frontage clearing is a real service we carry out. What we do not take on is work inside a regulated protection area, or the environmental permitting around one.
Yes. Storm and disaster response runs on a 24/7 emergency line, separately from our office hours. Call the same number and follow the prompts for emergency work.
Polk County is our home ground and the work we take in it is local by nature. If your property is just outside the county, tell us where it is and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense as a run.
