CENTRAL FLORIDA LAND & DEMO
Hill country, grove ground and the Harris Chain — a run north of our Polk base.
WHERE WE ARE BASED
Lake County is the county north of ours. We work it as a run from our Polk base rather than from a yard up here, and we will tell you honestly whether a job makes sense as that run.
The ground changes as you come north. Clermont and Minneola sit up on the ridge, where former citrus ground has gone up in palmetto and volunteer pine between the old rows. Leesburg, Tavares and Mount Dora are Chain of Lakes country — Harris, Dora and Eustis — where lakefront and canal-front lots have grown shut and need opening up again. Out along the US-27 and US-441 corridors the work is newer: lots and acreage being cleared so something can be built.
A lake lot in Mount Dora or a grove block outside Groveland — the first step is the same. Tell us what you want the land to do.

ALL SERVICES AVAILABLE IN LAKE COUNTY
We work from Polk County, and take work across Osceola, Orange and Hillsborough as well. Polk has its own county page, and every community we cover is listed on our service areas page, so you can find the place nearest you without hunting.
THE HONEST VERSION
We clear, mulch, grade and prepare ground — pasture, grove ground, acreage, residential lots, fence lines and access lanes. Lake, canal and river frontage is real work for us and we take it on.
What we turn down is a different job: work inside a regulated protection area, and the environmental permitting that goes with it. That needs approvals we do not handle, and we would rather say so plainly than quote for something we will not do.
Demolition is not our own trade — the work is carried out by our demolition subcontractors, with permits procured when needed.
Acreage, how thick the growth is and what species it is, whether a machine can get to the work, how far material has to be moved, how much has to be hauled off, and how much grading comes afterwards. Ridge grove ground with old irrigation and stumps in it clears differently from open pasture, and a lakefront lot with trees you want kept takes longer than an empty one. Each job is quoted on its own, and the estimate is free.
For most land clearing, brush work and grading, no permit is typically needed. Where one is required — demolition work in particular — we handle procuring it.
Yes. Mark what stays and we clear selectively rather than taking the lot. On a lakefront property that usually means opening the view and leaving the oaks that give it shade.
Yes — lakeshore and canal-front clearing is work we carry out, on the Harris Chain and the smaller lakes alike. Clearing a lakefront lot is a job; work that falls inside a regulated protection area, and the environmental permitting around it, is a job we do not take on.
Yes. Storm and debris response runs on a 24/7 emergency line, separately from our office hours — call the same number and follow the prompts for emergency work.
Lake is the county north of us, and we take work here as a run. Tell us where the property is and what the job involves, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits as that run. We would rather say no than quote for something that does not.
